Clindamycin is used for treatment of bone and joint infection associated with gram positive bacteria, pyoderma, toxoplasma and infection associated with oral cavity. Active against gram positive cocci (including Penicillin Resistant Staphylococci) and many obligated Anaerobes, Mycoplasma and toxoplasma gondii.
